Helping the Inland Northwest's Most Vulnerable Since 1896

Employment Opportunities

We are more than a nonprofit organization. We are a social service agency that includes more than 70 employees and hundreds of volunteers working together to serve those in greatest need in our community.

Our vision is a world where all people live in safety with social, emotional and physical well-being, spiritual fulfillment, justice and hope. That's why, we support our people by offering each employee:

  • ongoing opportunities to make personal, fulfilling contributions to our work;
  • access to training and education to foster both individual and professional potential;
  • the proper tools, resources and materials to successfully uplift the most vulnerable people in our community.

We want our employees to be fulfilled in their work and in their relationships with colleagues. Ultimately, we are all here for the same reason: to work together and help rebuild lives.

Some people can't imagine doing what we do. We can't imagine not doing it.

Volunteers of America is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, status as a protected veteran, among other things, or status as a qualified individual with a disability.

At Volunteers of America of Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho we are more than a nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to serving those in greatest need in our community.
