Marilee Roloff is president and CEO of Volunteers of America of Eastern Washington & Northern Idaho. She has been with Volunteers of America more than 25 years, where her compassion, tenacity and expertise in community collaboration make her a powerful administrator who leads a daily charge to serve the most vulnerable people in our community and provide ways for them to build stable and healthy lives.
Marilee was raised in the small town of Creston, Washington, and was taught from an early age to root for the underdog. She understands that most of us are just one or two strokes of bad luck away from poverty and homelessness and feels a responsibility to help those who need help the most.
