Think about a time that you accessed or attempted to access services in your community. Was it difficult to obtain the information that you were seeking? Were your questions answered in a timely manner? Did you get what you needed? These are all challenges that we face when navigating the process of meeting our own needs. As a result, we have found it extremely beneficial to offer assistance in navigating services. Individuals referred to the Housing and Benefits Coordinator receive assistance in accessing mainstream benefits and permanent housing.
