Afternoon Shelter Volunteer
Crosswalk is a shelter, school and multi-service center for homeless and high-risk teens ages 13-17. Our services include case management, three meals a day, clothing, an alternative high school and an overnight shelter.
Volunteers provide supervision and interact with our teens by talking, playing games, watching movies, helping with school work, etc. Volunteers must be able to commit to a five hour afternoon shift once a week for a minimum of 6 months, attend a training, be 21 or over and able to pass a background check.
